Yogurt-Bengal Gram~
Try out this low fat yogurt-bengal gram recipe. Which is very healthy and super tasty. Goes well in breakfast and evening snacks.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup of boiled bengal gram,
- 1 cup of sour yogurt (strained),
- 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger,
- 2 tablespoons of chopped spearmint,
- ½ cup of chopped onions,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- ½ cup of chopped tomatoes,
- ¼ cup of chopped cucumber,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of black salt,
- 1 tablespoon chaat spices,
- ½ cup of chopped boiled potatoes,
- 1 teaspoon of fried red chili powder,
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green chili,
- 2 tablespoons of mustard oil,
- salt according to taste.
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together properly by hand. Now sprinkle the chaat spices & spearmint on top of mixture.
- Serve the healthy yogurt-bangal gram and enjoy.
