Crispy Chicken Cutlets~
This recipe creates serious buzz in our home. I am making this recipe on a popular demand ;)
Ingredients:
- 400 g of minced chicken,
- 2 teaspoons of ginger paste,
- 2 teaspoons of garlic paste,
- 4 pieces of finely chopped green chili,
- 4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion,
- 1 tablespoon of tabasco sauce,
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce,
- 4 tablespoons of chopped spearmint,
- 2 teaspoons of corn flour,
- 4 pieces of egg white,
- ½ cup of flour,
- 1 tablespoon of red chili powder,
- 1½ teaspoon of black pepper powder,
- 4 cups of bread crumb,
- ½ teaspoon of sugar,
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice,
- oil for frying,
- salt according to taste.
Directions:
- Mix the minced chicken with all the ingredients properly except the oil, eggs, bread crumb, flour, ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder & red chili powder and keep aside.
- Then mix the chili powder with the flour on a plate. Now make the cutlet by hand, roll them on the flour mixture and put them on a tray and keep in a refrigerator for some time.
- Now mix the egg whites with a little bit of salt & rest of the black pepper powder and beat very well and put the bread crumb on another plate.
- Then at first roll the cutlet with the bread crumb, then dip it in the beaten egg; repeat the process again.
- Now put them on the tray and keep them in a refrigerator for some time.
- Heat the oil on a pan and deep-fry them until the color is golden. Then strain the oil very well before taking out.
- Serve the crispy chicken cutlets on a serving dish with any kind of sauce as your choice.
